Transport for Wales needed to boost downloads of its shiny new travel app. It was packed with clever features — real-time service updates, missed tap reminders, a train capacity checker, and more. The cherry on top? No booking fees.

Our challenge was to capture all those smart features in a single, emotional benefit for busy commuters. Our insight was that train travel can feel full of uncertainty — Will I make my connection? Did my platform change? Where the hell’s my ticket? – which actually makes train travel feel stressful at times.
